Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. Buyers are responsible for postage. Product must be sent back in its original packaging. 

To generate a return, email info@bridalbedbox.com with subject line "return". Please include your name and shipping/billing address used for the purchase. We will email you with a confirmation and address to which you may ship the box. Upon our receipt of the product, you will be issued a full refund within 3 business days.
